Terms and Conditions

For DNA Keepsakes

• Once an order is placed, there is a 24 hour grace period where the customer can cancel their order and receive a full refund. 
• Once the setting is ordered, only a partial refund will be available. 
• When I have started/finished making the piece, there is no refund available as this is a DNA keepsake and cannot be resold.

For T-Shirts/Cups

• For customized orders-these orders are non-refundable due to them being customized to the customer (ie. name, birthday, etc)
• If item is received in bad condition contact me immediately for a replacement or refund. 
• For refunds on non-customized items- the item must be sent back and received before a refund can be issued.
